When will I receive my photos?
My turnaround time is typically about 2-3 weeks. July & August are my busiest months, so expect a turnaround time of 3 weeks during those months.
How will I receive my photos?
I will email a link to your gallery, where you can view and download all of your edited photos. This link will be active for one year.
Can I share the link to my gallery?
Of course! Share the link with family & friends. They can even download and order prints right from the gallery.
How can I order prints?
Through your gallery, you will be able to order high quality, professional prints.
Can I edit my own photos?
No. I do not ever deliver raw images, and my contract prohibits anyone from altering the photos in any way, including social media filters. If your photos are not edited the way you had hoped, please let me know and I can make some adjustments to them.
Can I have my photos printed at a store or on shutterfly? It's less expensive than doing it through the gallery.
The short answer is yes, you can.
The longer answer is that I would STRONGLY discourage it. Very strongly. I work with a professional lab and am confident in the color and quality of their printing and products. I keep my print prices as low as I possibly can, and offer several print packages to save you even more money.
Printing through shutterfly or at a store's printing kiosk will not give you the color or paper quality that your photos deserve.
